We will always try to provide a flag where possible. However due to high demand and a limited supply each year, priority will be given to the following groups: 

• Veterans 
• Families of veterans requesting a flag for a funeral service 
• Non-profit community organisations located within the Shortland electorate 

You are welcome to contact our office to request a flag and if you meet the criteria we will endeavour to fill your request.

We will require a statutory declaration to declare your residence has an installed flagpole to ensure correct Australian National Flag protocols are followed.
